Important
If you have health insurance, please read your benefits carefully. You are expected to pay your co-pays and deductibles at the time of your visit. You are responsible for your bill. Patients injured in an automobile accident or a Worker’s compensation injury must bring correct information with them to the first visit.
Appointments
An updated, computerized appointment system has been helping us to offer more flexible schedules to meet your needs in today's faster times.
Same day appointments are usually available for urgent matters.
Usually, patient visits are by appointment. We do our best to schedule your appointments at times that are convenient for you. Visits do vary in length from shorter, focused visits up to comprehensive evaluations according to the needs of the patient.
If you cannot keep an appointment, we ask that you notify the office 24 hours in advance so other patients can use the time.
